As mentioned in the FAQs on using Rs. 2,000 notes for Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments and Cashloads, Amazon has clarified that it will not accept Rs. 2,000 notes for Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments and Cashloads starting from September 19th, 2023. However, if the products are delivered through a third-party courier partner, then their own policies around the acceptance of Rs. 2,000 currency notes shall apply.
